SC rejects dismissed BSF constable’s plea challenging PM Modi’s election from Varanasi

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the plea of dismissed Border Security Force (BSF) constable Tej Bahadur, challenging the election of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi constituency in Uttar Pradesh in the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
